These guys do all of my non-warranty work. Great people, great service and good advice to keep your vehicle running. Yeah, parking is a little tight but that's because they have a loyal and satisfied customer base.
Last year, October 2015, I was driving back from Grennsboro to Feyetteville late at night. My truck threw a rod and blew the engine. Fortunately for me, I was able to get off the interstate and pulled into a gas station. I had no idea where I was nor anything about mechanics in that area. I have a 1980 Chevy truck that I really love. I called Graham auto because they also do towing. The guy informed me that he was a full auto repair center. I took my chances and left my truck there. The next morning, the Graham owner called to tell me that it would cost a lot of money to repair the engine and suggested that since I wanted to keep the truck, I should buy a new engine. I ordered a new crate motor for $1200. The engine was shipped to graham and he replaced my engine in 2 days. Unless it's major repair, I do most of my own work because anytime that I have had to take my truck somewhere, most mechanics and auto shops will somehow try to cheat me or end up keeping my truck for weeks for no good reason. I recently got my truck painted and was reminded of how hard it is to find reliable people to do auto work. Its really a shame that you can't find reliable auto shops. I now realize just how blessed I was that my truck broke down near Graham's auto. They did great work, they were very polite, and they did not try to rip me off. I wished I lived closer to Efland, NC because I have a carburetor I'd like them to work on.
Fast service! Was disappointed that they left my husbands Mazda SUV in Neutral when we cave to pick it up. Also was disappointed that Napa had a coupon for buy 1 get 1 free wipers and it wasn't honored since they don't buy through Napa. Overall our cars run fine. Lack of parking his vehicle could of disastrous.
We have been having our vehicles serviced here and in its previous incarnation as Newberg's for more than 35 years. Good, honest mechanics.
Love this place. Walked in on a Friday morning, and they got right to work on an oil change and inspection for me. The lobby is extremely clean and comfortable. There is coffee available, and places to sit; a TV to watch if you want, magazines to read, even a little area of toys if you have kids. This is a family owned business, with pictures and news clippings on the walls, showing the history of the family and the town. You can tell that these guys have been in the automotive business all their lives, and you know you're in good hands. Had a great conversation with Mr Graham while I was waiting, which wasn't very long. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will definitely be going back.
